"Invalid Login" error message.
I know I'm typing in the correct username & password.
The temporary password does not work.
How do I change my password?
My account says it's expired, but I know I still have more time.

"Invalid Login" error message.
If you get an invalid error message, then your login information was not typed correctly.    You can request your username with a temporary password.

I know I'm typing in the correct username & password.
Passwords are case sensitive.  They must be entered with the same capitol or lower case letters used when the password was created.  Check to see if your caps button is locked on.  Or request a temporary password.

Once you request a temporary password, your older password will not work.  You must use the temporary password to login before you can change your password back to the original.

The temporary password does not work.
The temporary passwords must be typed in exactly as it appears in the email message.  It's best top copy & paste the password.

1. With the mouse, highlight the password.  DO NOT include any spaces before or after the password.  Right click, and select copy.

2. Click 1 time inside the password login area box.  Right click in the box, and select paste.

How do I change my password?
You must login with your current password.  If this is a temporary password, you must use it.  If you don't remember your password, request a temporary password.

After you are logged into Knitters Edge, click on the "My Account" link next to your name.  On this page you can update any of your personal information or make subscription site purchases. 

Update your password, and click the bottom button to submit the new password.

My Account says it's expired, but I still have time on my subscription.
You probably have registered more than 1 account with Knitters Edge, and the login information you are using is not associated with your subscription site.

Only 1 login can be associated with a subscription site.  You must use the login that you used when subscribing.  You can request a temporary password.
